Struggling with Your Belly

The most effective way of getting a flat belly fast and easy is to make exercises and become a constant visitor of the fitness center. However, most of us want to look gorgeous in bikinis and skinny dresses without paying much effort. If you do not want to perform any exhausting activity and nevertheless look great you can view the problem of abdominal digestion from the other point – that is, from the point of proper diet.

Several tips on what and how you should eat will help you to get flat stomach within a week.

First of all, do not eat salty food. Salt leads to the retention of liquids in body and to the disappearing of your waist as result. One way to neutralize the effect of NaCl is to drink more water. Besides, decrease the amount of salt you eat to 2 g per day. Note, that salt is contained not only in salt cellar but in semi-finished food as well.

The next advice is to observe the balance between proteins, fats and carbons. Any preferences or neglects in this question are harmful. The excess of carbons causes the retention of liquid, the excess of proteins – to abdominal digestion. Fats slow down digestion. Finally, without cellulose all this stuff will not leave your body at all.

Avoid fizzy drinks as the bubbles contained in lemonade, champagne or mineral water increase the level of carbon dioxide in your body. It produces the effect of abdominal digestion and adds a couple of visible kilos to your waist.

Another simple recommendation is not to swallow air. The stomach receives some amount of air while you eat and stretches. So, do not talk while you are eating, do not swallow not chewed pieces, do not drink too greedy and do not sip drinks through the straw. Smoking also does not help to receive flat stomach.

To reach quick victory over your belly, use the method of snacks. It is better to eat less and more often than have three sound meals per day. Sit down at the table 5-6 times and eat no more than a handful.

After having meals do not sit calmly and dose in the armchair but make a quick walk. No special activity is needed – just move a little bit to accelerate the process of digestion and get rid of extra calories.

You should include some useful products in your ration which will help you to forget about abdominal digestion fast and easy. Among such products are herbal tea with chamomile, mint and fennel, hot water with lemon, parsley (as it cleans alimentary tract), ginger (it helps to avoid gases) and products with probiotics as they contain useful bacteria which strengthen immunity and support the process of digestion.

Sometimes your protruding belly may be a sign of a disease, like, for instance, the impossibility to digest lactose and gluten cereal. Do not hurry to define the reasons yourself, better ask a physician to make a diagnosis.
